Needless to say I didn't get my money back from them and had to go through my bank
I was spending my hard earned money there every week I will not spend a dime there now and will make sure everyone I know doesn't either
I was told they would reverse one of the charges and never did
In the third day the person I spoke to was very rude. Calling hon and sweet heart telling to calm down . They asked for my phone number a third time to "look into it again" and that it was only 30 dollars no to get upset about. I don't care what the amount was they double charged me and told me they would refund the money
They do not know the meaning of customer service and seems they were hoping I would just give up on having my money returned as after being told numerous times they would reverse the charge they didn't
The store has a wide variety of pet items. The prices can get a little expensive but it's worth it for the convenience. The staff is nice and helpful.
This pet store is still pretty new in my area, but it's a very nice store with flight employees and good prices on pet food and items.
There are plenty of pet stores that treat their customers with respect
Fantastic store! Pet and people friendly. They have the same brands for less with better service. It is my go to store for our dog and cat needs.
Awesome place! Had my son with me in his car seat so one of the workers actually carried the big bag of dog food I purchased to my car for me. Really helpful caring staff. Prices are the best I've seen I wont be going anywhere else but here
I called them three days in a row and each time they took my number and said they would call me back and didn't
Horrible customer service they double charged my card , make sure you check your receipts
