Had to chose a star as it was mandatory for a review, but I am extremely disappointed & angry with my experience.
After I ordered flowers to be sent to my sister's home I realized she'd be at work all day so I called the florist and switched it to her work . They were so helpful. While delivering the delivery guy noticed the street was spelled wrong and called to verify. Most importantly, my sis said everyone stopped and commented how stunning they are. Nice work McKenzie!
Why was my refund request ignored? Till this day, I haven't heard from "them".
I ordered roses to my fiancée's work place for Valentine's Day as I annually do. It wasn't until almost 6pm that I received a phone call from "Dave" stating that she wasn't in the building at that very time and that the driver was waiting for another address to make the delivery.. I requested a refund as my anual tradition was already ruined and no I didn't want them delivered anywhere because we had plans immediately after work.. it is now evening. I've never had a problem in the past. He simply replied with "I'll see that THEY want to do about it" and hung up. THEN comes the part that made me angry.. he called her after hanging up with me BEHIND MY BACK and asked her for a second address. I found that extremely unprofessional and rather swindle.
This place is the best. There flowers are always high quality and the service is great.
