Awful. They charged me for X-rays when my insurance covers them, they told me my root canal (which I need two) would be 2200 each with insurance. I asked about payment plan on the phone before I made the appointment and they said they do them, come to find out while sitting in the chair they DO NOT! I felt very rushed to make a decision. When my wife asked for a copy of the X-rays they wouldn’t give them to her, meanwhile we had just walked out and I was in the car in a lot of pain. I found another dentist who will be doing the root canals and they wanted the X-rays, I signed a release form and they still wouldn’t release them to my new dentist. I did get a hard copy which was a joke as well, literally it was a photocopy of my X-rays. Total ripoff and a horrible experience.
About 20 years ago I first visited Dr. Makadia as I was unhappy with my then dentist and now all the members of my family are Dr. Makadia's patients. What more can I write about Dr. Makadia and his courteous staff as this itself speaks volume of his work and after care of his patients. Even though this is my personal opinion I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dentist and then that person can form an opinion of their own for which, I am pretty sure , will be the same as mine.

Extremely amazing! My family and I went for all our dental needs and he took care of everything. He was straight forward and let us know the procedure ahead before we agreed to anything. Staff was very attentive and patient. Definitely the best dentist i have been to in years!
These people are some of the best, caring, professional folks I have come across in the dental industry. The front staff is very cordial, helpful and friendly. I was so impressed after one visit and they remembered my name as well as my families names. Dr. Makadia is so thorough, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. He explains ever piece of the procedure in detail. I have never been so comfortable going to the dentist. I highly recommend this office. If it were possible, I would give it 10 stars.
